Personal Training Edmond’s Most Important Post
ByThis is the most important thing I have ever written. Most of my Edmond Personal Training, and Edmond Boot camp posts are happy, but I am not writing this to make you have warm fuzzies. I am writing this to make a declaration of myself. And I am hoping that you being uncomfortable drives you into change!

I have to admit that I’m seeing the world through different eyes since my daughter was born. But one thing is definately apparent. Every choice that we make has an effect. It effects my ability to be happy, fit, and healthy for my family.I know I am a personal trainer and I know that I own a bootcamp but I challenge you to adjust your mindframe and join me in this. I am going to give you 5 points that are obvious changes that I am making in my own life and I want you guys to come with me!
1. Your fitness is your fault! The choices you have made have created the current you. Are you happy with where you are? I am not! No one is!!! When you eat trash, you are telling your family that they are not as important as those fatty fries or pizza. Becasue lets be honest, if you keep eating like that you will not be around to see your daughter walk down the isle. This one is KILLING me and i’m a personal trainer!
2. Lazyness! There is nothing to show you how much you turd around than to have a newborn, I never imagined that there would be so much action in one day. How much TV do you watch. How much do you sit on the couch. Could you get up and play with your kids or take a walk with your wife instead of watching CSI reruns.

3. Negative Talk. Are you sick and tired about being overweight? You sure? A lot of people hear we run Edmond Boot Camp and start dumping on us about how they need o lose weight ot they are fat. Do you hate being overweight enough to make a change? Because if you are not happy with where you are and you keep doing the same thing YOU GET THE SAME DAMN THING!You can’t wish fat away and you can’t keep talking down to yourself and expect any different. Take action now!
3. Motivation! How does it make you guys feel that after giving birth 4 days earlier that Amanda was out walking and the next day she was doing pushups, squats, planks and lunges in the park. It was very humbling. It made me feel like I am being to easy on myself and you guys. Its time to get fired up!

4. Going out. First off, I drink. I drink Guiness and I drink it very well too so this is not a jab at anyone just stating the fact. If you go drink or smoke what is that doing for you. Is it helping you or hurting you. If you miss workouts the next day or cant do the important things with your kids because you feel like you are going to die what is it worth? And beyond that I can tell when you guys have drank the night before. Even the best of us are not 100% when you go out the night before a workout. Plan your evenings!!!
So what now? I am going to make the steps necessary right now to be at my very best for Riley and Amanda and You guys. I have goals and wants but its bigger than me. Its about being in the race for the long term.
What would you like to do? Be more fit? Are you sick of being overweight? Are you ready to make a change? This is the great thing about fitness, you can reinvent yourself at any moment. Lets get serious and get fit!
